Straight answers about process, timelines, and what happens after you reach out.
Every project starts with a conversation about your story, materials, and goals. We ask about your current visual identity, your customers, and where you see the brand in a year. From there we propose a direction, a timeline, and a clear scope of work. You decide what fits before we begin.
Most branding projects take four to six weeks from the first draft to final files. A logo refresh with guidelines can be faster, while a full identity with packaging and social templates needs more room. We set milestones together so you always know what is coming next.
Yes. We work with small brands, independent makers, and artisans who may not have a complete identity yet. If you have a name and a rough idea of your audience, that is enough to start. We help shape the rest during the process.
You receive the source files, a style guide with color codes and typography rules, and all the variations of your logo. For packaging projects, we also provide print-ready files and notes for your chosen materials. Everything is organized so you can use it without depending on us.
We keep the process simple: an initial call, a proposal with a fixed quote, then design rounds with clear feedback points. Revisions are included in the proposal, and any extra work is discussed before we start it. You will never face surprise costs.
If you are unsure whether you need a full identity or just a refresh, write to us at info@baizedka.com. We will look at your current materials and give you an honest opinion. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you in a useful direction.
Before we start, a few plain clarifications about how a collaboration with Baizedka works. These notes cover deliverables, revisions, timelines, and what falls outside the studio's scope, so there are no surprises later.
