These terms govern how you engage our creative studio for visual identity, packaging, and art direction services. They outline the scope of work, your responsibilities, and the limits of our liability, so every collaboration starts with clear expectations.
Baizedka provides design services including logo design, art direction, sustainable packaging concepts, and social media guidance. Each project begins with a brand narrative analysis and a written proposal that defines deliverables, timelines, and the number of revision rounds. Any work outside the agreed scope, such as additional concepts or extended support, is quoted separately before we begin.
You agree to provide accurate brand information, materials, and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Delays in feedback may shift the project schedule. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights to any content you supply, including photographs, logos, and text, and for ensuring that your products comply with applicable advertising and labeling regulations.
Upon full payment, we transfer the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place. Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, and our internal working files remain the property of Baizedka.
Project fees are agreed in advance and stated in the proposal. A deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery of the final files. Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. We do not offer refunds for completed work, but we will address any technical defects in the delivered files.
Our work is provided on a professional basis, and we aim to meet the agreed specifications. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our deliverables. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that specific project. We do not guarantee specific sales, engagement metrics, or market outcomes from the designs we create.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within seven days. Upon termination, you pay for all work completed up to that date. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the start of your project applies.
