Baizedka collects only what is needed to respond to your enquiries, prepare a project proposal, and keep the working relationship clear. This page explains what we store, why, and how you can ask us to change or remove it.
When you use the contact form or write to info@baizedka.com, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and the content of your message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, or prepare a brief for your branding project. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Like most websites, our server logs record basic technical information such as your browser type, device category, approximate region, and the pages you visit. We use this data in aggregate to understand which sections of the site are useful and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing behaviour to third parties.
For active collaborations, we store the files you share with us: moodboards, product photos, material samples, and draft designs. These are kept only for the duration of the project and for a short period afterwards to answer follow-up questions. You can request deletion of these files at any time by writing to us.
We work with a small number of service providers to run the studio: our hosting provider, an email service for sending and receiving messages, and a cloud storage tool for project files. Each provider processes data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated companies.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete your information entirely. You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time. To make a request, email info@baizedka.com or call +60 14 244 5837. We will respond within 30 days.
We do not make misleading claims about our services, invent fake endorsements, or create false urgency to push a decision. Every project starts with a clear conversation about scope, timeline, and deliverables. If we cannot help with a particular request, we will say so directly rather than overpromise.
