Every project follows the same quiet rhythm: we listen first, then shape the visual language around what your craft already says. No templates, no rushed shortcuts — just a clear sequence from the first conversation to the final files.

A typical branding project with Baizedka runs four to six weeks. The timeline below shows what happens at each stage, what you need to prepare, and where you can expect us to push back or ask for more detail.
We start with a 90-minute call about your story, materials, and customers. You send over any existing logos, packaging samples, or social profiles. We review what works and what creates noise, then send a short written summary of the gaps we see.
Based on the audit, we prepare two or three visual directions. Each one includes typography, color, and texture references tied to your craft. You pick one direction or mix elements. We refine it until the moodboard feels like your brand, not a template.
We design the primary logo, a secondary mark, and a small set of supporting graphics. You get two rounds of revisions. We test the logo at small sizes, on light and dark backgrounds, and on a mockup of your most common product label.
For projects that include packaging, we develop the label layout, material suggestions, and print specifications. We discuss paper weight, ink coverage, and finishing options. You receive a print-ready file plus a simple guide for your local printer.
We build a small set of social media templates that match your identity. This includes a post layout, a story format, and a highlight cover. We also write a one-page guideline so you can create future content without drifting from the visual system.
You receive all final files in organized folders, plus a short video walkthrough of the system. We stay available for two weeks after handover to answer questions, adjust minor details, and help you prepare files for your first production run.
