Who we are and why we do this work

A small studio built around craft, not around scale

Baizedka started as a response to a simple observation: small brands and independent makers rarely get the same visual care as larger companies. We work with ceramicists, textile artists, food producers and designers who want an identity that feels honest to their materials and their process. Our studio is deliberately small, so every project gets direct attention from the people who will actually design it.
Our starting point

We begin with the story of the maker

Before any sketch or color palette, we sit down with the person behind the brand. We ask about the workshop, the tools, the materials, the customers who return. That conversation shapes everything that follows, because a visual identity only works when it grows from a real understanding of how the product is made and who it serves.

Every brand we design carries a trace of the hands that made it.
Who we work with

Independent makers and small production runs

Our clients are potters, weavers, soap makers, coffee roasters and furniture builders. They usually work alone or in pairs, sell through their own channels, and care deeply about the details. We help them translate their craft into a coherent visual language that works on labels, packaging, websites and social profiles without losing the handmade character.

Small production means every decision matters more, not less.
How we work

Practical steps, clear communication

Each collaboration follows a structured path: discovery, direction, design, delivery. We share work early and often, so there are no surprises at the end. We also keep the process flexible enough to adapt when a client discovers something new about their own brand along the way. The goal is a finished identity that feels obvious in hindsight.

Good design should make the client think, yes, that was always us.
Our tone

Direct, calm, and specific

We avoid vague promises and marketing language. In our communication, we name the actual materials, the actual formats, the actual next step. This carries into the identities we design: clear typography, restrained palettes, and layouts that let the product speak. We believe a brand should feel like a conversation, not a broadcast.

Clarity is a form of respect for the person on the other side.
