How the work is defined, priced, and delivered
Scope of a brand identityEach identity project covers logo design, a primary and secondary palette, typography pairings, and a short usage guide. We do not include copywriting, photography, or website development unless added as a separate engagement.
Revision roundsEvery package includes two structured revision rounds after the initial concept presentation. Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate agreed before the work begins, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
File formats deliveredYou receive source files in AI and PDF, plus web-ready exports in SVG and PNG. Print files are prepared at 300 DPI with the correct color profiles for your chosen printer.
Packaging design scopePackaging projects cover structural suggestions, surface graphics, and print-ready artwork for one primary SKU. Variations for additional sizes or product lines are quoted separately based on the complexity of each adaptation.
Social media templatesSocial packages include a set of editable templates for feed posts, stories, and cover images. We provide the templates in Figma, and you are free to adapt them internally after the final handover.
Timeline expectationsA typical identity project runs four to six weeks from kickoff to final delivery. Packaging and social media work can extend this by one to three weeks depending on the number of touchpoints and the approval speed of your team.
Ownership and licensingFull ownership of the final designs transfers to you after the final payment is cleared. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed before the project starts.
Third-party costsFont licensing, stock photography, printing samples, and any external testing are billed at cost with receipts shared. We always confirm these expenses with you before committing to a purchase.
